Maximize your internship experience and accelerate your real estate career by completing an online, self-paced educational experience designed to enhance and validate your knowledge. When combined with the real-world experience of a CRE internship, you gain valuable understanding and the foundations for a successful real estate career. After successful completion of the CRE Careers Institute educational program, you will earn the Fundamentals of Commercial Real Estate Certificate.

Students who are not currently participating in a CRE internship may also complete the requirements to earn the Fundamentals of Commercial Real Estate Certificate from CRE Careers Institute.

To earn the certificate, each of the following courses must be completed, including passing an online quiz, “open-book” for each course with a minimum of a 80% score. Quizzes may be retaken, with no additional fee, until a passing score is achieved.
